The Refined Fin's Policies

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. Product must be in resalable condition, free from hair and wear. Returns will only be accepted if a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) has been issued. Please contact Customer Service for an RMA#. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy

We offer consumers a 6 month limited warranty. Warranty covers manufacturers defect and does not cover wear.
Consumers are responsible for shipping cost of returning the product. 

Shipping Damage

Any damage due to shipping must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days or consumer will be charged for replacement part(s).
